RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to love your ZEFFIRIA order. If you are not fully satisfied, simply call or email us with your return or exchange request within 7 calendar days from the order reception.
We will provide you with a return authorization ("RA") number and return information. If you receive a damaged piece, you need to call or email us within 48 hours from order reception.
Due to the particularity of our products, we cannot change or refund orders claimed defected or damaged if you contact us after the 48 hours.
The above doesn't apply to the products bought on sale or with a coupon: for those items the sale is final.

Merchandise must be returned in its original conditions, with original tags intact and with its original bag within 7 days of receipt to the address below. Refunds will be less shipping and handling charges, and will be credited back to the card used to make your original purchase. Please allow 1-2- weeks after you mail your order for your return or exchange to be processed.

Merchandise cannot be returned after the 7 days. We cannot accept damaged or broken merchandise Please note, ZEFFIRIA can only accept merchandise purchased originally through zeffiria.com and returned pursuant to this policy. Products purchased at stores must be returned to the store of original purchase.

To ensure speedy processing, please include your RA number on the shipping label. Unfortunately, we are unable to issue refunds or exchanges for orders returned without RA numbers. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping items back to ZEFFIRIA.

We cannot be responsible for any returns or merchandise not received by our returns department. Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee that exchange merchandise will be available when we process your return. In these cases, we are happy to issue a full refund.
We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements in our sole discretion.
